We set high cleanliness and hygiene standards for the helpers we train. Our cleaning regime is conventional and hands-on. Helpers are trained to hand-wash laundry, iron clothes, scrub toilets, clean floors and wipe windows safely. Helpers are also taught to do groceries independently. Cooking skills may vary in each helper, however, rest assured that all TMS helpers are trained by our Manager Jenny, to whip up basic home-cooked meals consisting of meats, vegetables and soup. We are strong believers that attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference. At TMS Placement, honesty, integrity, and humility are values which we do not compromise on in our helpers. It is important to us that our helpers have the right mannerism in their work conduct. We also discourage against the leisure use of mobile phones in the day. During the course of our training, our helpers are expected to cultivate a sense of responsibility and attention to details in their work.

For some helpers, working for you may be their first time away from home. These helpers arrive in Singapore nervous and anxious. To ease their transition into Singapore, we expose our helpers to our local culture by taking them to common locations such as market places, hawker centres and shopping malls. We also provide them handbooks to learn simple English to facilitate better communication between you and our helper. ​
