At TMS Placement, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service. We are always ready to assist our customers with their queries and concerns. 

 

• TMS Household Training Program   

 

All TMS helpers undergo our signature training program free of charge. However, if you did not hire your helper from us but would still like her to be trained, you may do so for $100.00. Simply leave your helper with us for 5 days (or less) and we will customise the training according to your preference.

 

 

• Medical Check-up

 

All Foreign Domestic Workers ("FDW") are required to be examined by a registered Singapore doctor upon arrival and bi-annually to screen for infectious diseases and pregnancy. These medical expenses are paid for by the employer. TMS Placement may assist you and arrange for your helper to attend such medical check-ups.

 

 

• Insurance Coverage

 

Under the Employment of Foreign Manpower (Work Passes) Regulations, employers are required to bear their helper's inpatient and outpatient medical costs regardless of whether the conditions are work-related. TMS Placement  may assist you in purchasing the required insurance coverage. A comprehensive insurance coverage is also  available at just a little bit more. 

 

 

 

• Application / Renewal / Cancellation of Work Permits

 

TMS Placement may assist you in the application, renewal or cancellation of your helper's Work Permits with the Ministry Of Manpower ("MOM"). If you have hired your helper directly, TMS Placement may assist you in the application of her Work Permit. If you have received your helper's Work Permit Renewal Notice, TMS Placement may assist you in the renewal. Such renewal should be made within 30 days before expiration. We provide work permit renewal FREE OF CHARGE regardless whether your helper was hired from us.

• Application of Home Leave

 

TMS Placement may assist you to apply for your helper's Home Leave with their respective embassy and MOM.  You may choose to cancel your helper's work permit while she is away. You may also choose to waive your helper's levy if she will be away for more than 7 consecutive days.
